Women's Health Specialists operates with a fully integrated electronic medical records system. All pertinent paper records that arrive at our office are converted to a digital format and incorporated into your electronic medical record. Electronic records allow us to serve you more efficiently and give our physicians and midwives greater access to your specific information after hours. Your safety will also be increased through features such as links to drug interaction databases. We will continue to protect your health data to the highest level possible.
In the future we hope to provide you with access through the internet to request appointments, correspond with our physicians and pay your bill. We will keep you updated at this website as those services become available.
If you would like information from another physician or hospital sent to our office, please complete our “Authorization to Disclose Protected Health Information FROM Women's Health Specialists” form. Records sent to another health provider will be sent at no charge. Requests for records sent to attorneys, insurance companies or for your personal records will incur a charge for copying the information, as permitted under federal and state laws.
If you would like information from another physician or hospital sent to our office, please complete our “Authorization to Disclose Protected Information TO Women's Health Specialists” form.
